Café Lead

Position Summary

​

The Café Lead is responsible for café operations during scheduled events, ensuring the café is fully prepared, safely operated, and guest focused from setup through teardown. This role owns on site readiness, basic inventory and cash handling, food safety compliance, and post event reporting. The Café Lead works closely with leadership and takes ownership of café procedures.

​

Key Responsibilities

Event Preparation and Operations

​

  • Own pre event readiness, including setup, teardown, and verification that supplies, food, cash drawers, and equipment are fully prepared before doors open

  • Enforce approved menu execution and prevent unofficial menu changes during service

  • Maintain a welcoming, efficient, and customer focused café environment throughout each event

  • Support volunteers and staff during service to ensure smooth operations and clear expectations

Food Safety and Inventory

​

  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and health code standards are consistently met

  • Track food waste and spoilage at a basic level and adjust prep quantities based on observed traffic patterns

  • Track, count, and manage inventory with accurate records of stock, **sales, and losses**: They don't have to do this initially, I'm sure you and I would still be doing the overview of sales and losses, not sure if it should be stated or not anyways.) 

  • Coordinate with leadership on supply needs, ordering schedules, and menu

Cash Handling and Reporting

  • Handle basic cash management and sales operation.

  • Document guest issues, refunds, safety incidents, or notable operational problems.

​

Requirements

  • Availability to work scheduled events, including evenings or weekends as needed

  • Reliable vehicle and ability to drive to pick up café supplies and food inventory

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move, load, and organize inventory as required

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently during events

  • Customer service mindset with the ability to remain calm and solutions oriented in a fast paced environment

A/V Technician Capernaum Studios

Full -Time Position

Qualifications/Characteristics for A/V Technician:

​

  • Proficient with computer hardware and operating systems; comfortable installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software

  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and low-voltage wiring practices

  • Experience with audio mixing, signal flow, and sound reinforcement systems

  • Working knowledge of DMX programming and lighting control systems

  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to safely climb ladders while carrying tools and equipment

  • Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs

  • Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and respectful workplace conduct

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies, equipment, and procedures

 Executive Assistant at Capernaum Studios 

Full -Time Position

Location:

Weatherford or Fort Worth, Texas area

 

About Us:

Join our faith-based entertainment and media studio, where creativity meets purpose! We produce immersive experiences, compelling vlogs, and engaging content that inspires and uplifts. We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to perform a variety of tasks to join our Capernaum team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Vlog Management & Production: Manage, coordinate, and help produce the CEO’s vlog content, including scheduling filming sessions and ensuring timely releases.

• Personal Assistance: Assist with personal tasks as needed, from organizing errands to handling day-to-day personal logistics.

• Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule speaking engagements, manage calendar, set up Zoom calls and in-person meetings, and make travel or booking arrangements.

• Occasional Travel will be required.

 

What We’re Looking For:

-Local Candidate: Born again Christian, must be based in or near Weatherford or Fort Worth, Texas.

-Full Time.

-Strong Administration Skills.

-Friendly & Energetic: A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay upbeat and energetic in a fast-paced environment. Must be flexible and adapt to changes. 

-Highly Organized: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

-Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools for scheduling, video calls, and content production.

-Quick & Detail-Oriented: Ability to complete tasks promptly and with attention to detail.
